- The Possibilities Project
Help enable people with disability to realise specific goals by providing funding for special requests they could not otherwise afford. Through this initiative, our clients apply for financial assistance to fulfil various wishes, from travel experiences to educational pursuits and access to assistive technology. Your contribution directly empowers individuals, promoting autonomy, choice and inclusion, enriching lives, and making dreams a reality.
- Technology and Innovation
Invest in innovative technologies and solutions that can enhance the independence, safety, and quality of life of individuals with disabilities. This may include assistive devices, communication aids, smart home technologies and virtual support platforms.
- Learn2Adult
Contribute to preparing teenagers and young adults living with disability to take control of their lives and become confident adult decision-makers. Using Learn2Adult, a unique decision-making roadmap tool, teenagers can achieve a smoother, less stressful, and more effective transition to developing an adult-adult relationship within the family. Learn2Adult is a tool that enables young people to grow their best adult selves.
- Research and Evaluation
Help fund research and evaluation activities to assess the effectiveness of Mosaic’s programs and identify areas for improvement. This may involve conducting outcome evaluations, collecting client feedback, and keeping us at the cutting edge of best-practice disability support services.
- Accessibility and Accommodation
Be a part of improving accessibility and accommodation within Mosaic’s homes. This may involve purchasing specialised equipment or technology, retrofitting buildings to meet accessibility standards, or providing transportation services for individuals with mobility challenges.
