We are excited to welcome James Katama to the Support Coordination team as he undertakes a student placement.
Currently studying a Diploma of Community Services, James is aiming to fulfill his passion for making a difference. “It seemed like the perfect way to gain the skills and knowledge to support people in need and have a positive impact on my community”.
James has already been part of our team for two years as a Support Worker and tells us he is honoured to be associated with Mosaic. “The best part about working here is the supportive and collaborative environment. I love being part of a team that’s truly dedicated to making a difference in our clients’ lives”.
After he completes his diploma early next year, James is keen to work as a Support Coordinator or Case Worker, helping individuals and families to navigate their challenges and find the resources they need to improve their lives.
For now, he is enjoying his placement and is particularly grateful for the guidance and mentorship of our Specialist Support Coordinator Team Leader Linh Nguyen.
