Mosaic Community Care is offering four lucky winners a chance to win end-to-end Learn2Adult coaching support for one specific life area of their choice.
What is Learn2Adult?
Learn2Adult is a new tool that has been developed by Mosaic Community Care to support teenagers, young adults, and adults living with disability. It’s designed to help people to take control of their lives and become confident adult decision-makers.
Through Learn2Adult Coaching, young adults can receive personalised, one-to-one coaching sessions designed to equip them with essential skills focusing on different life areas – right from financial literacy to effective communication and beyond. Our Learn2Adult coach provides tailored guidance to help a person achieve their personal and professional goals.
About the competition
Participating in our ‘Lucky Draw’ is simple and rewarding. By entering, you stand a chance win free end-to-end Learn2Adult coaching support covering one specific life area (up to 20 hours of coaching).
The coaching is designed to help teenagers, young adults, and adults living with disability navigate the complexities of adulthood with confidence and ease. Coaching support can be accessed face-to-face or via telehealth.

Terms and Conditions
- The Learn2Adult ‘Lucky Draw’ competition will run from Wednesday, 12 February 2025 to Wednesday, 26 February 2025 (11.59 pm AWST). Winners will be notified via email by Friday, 28 February 2025.
- Eligible participants should be located within the Perth metropolitan area.
- Teenagers, young adults, and adults with disability (aged 12 to 25 years) are eligible to receive end-to-end Learn2Adult coaching support for one life area of their choice. Coaching support can be offered face-to-face or via telehealth (up to 20 hours).
- The person with disability themselves or a support person (i.e., family, guardian, support worker) can enter the competition on their behalf.
- A support person (i.e., family, guardian, support worker) can only enter the competition once, representing one family member or client.
- The winner consents to having their Learn2Adult coaching journey documented by Mosaic Community Care. As part of this, they agree to Mosaic using their name, images, videos, and feedback in promotional items.
