Home and Community Leaders
Our Home and Community Leaders each look after our clients, their families and our Support Workers within their local community.
When you first visit one of our supported independent living homes to see if it suits you, or you contact us looking for support to get out and about in the community, it’s one of our Home and Community Leaders who will help to ensure you find the community access support, or the home and housemates that suit you. And as a Mosaic client, they will remain a touchstone for you and your family.
