Linh Nguyen
Specialist Support Coordinator and Team LeaderWith an impressive educational background, Linh holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Health Leadership. Her journey in the disability sector has been marked by diverse roles, culminating in her expertise in both level 2 and 3 Support Coordination, as well as Psychosocial Recovery Coaching.
Linh's passion lies in psychosocial disability and home and living support, where she makes a significant impact on the lives of NDIS participants and their families. She excels in guiding individuals through transitions, particularly into SDA housings, and her adept communication skills foster strong relationships with health, education, and justice departments.
Outside of her professional commitments, Linh nurtures her creativity and wellness. She finds harmony in playing music, a beautiful outlet for self-expression. The pursuit of a healthy lifestyle takes her to the gym, where she values physical well-being. As an adventurous spirit, Linh embraces the wonders of travel and the joy of exploring diverse cuisines, earning her the delightful title of a "big foodie."
Linh's unwavering dedication to providing exceptional support and her zest for life's pleasures make her a valuable asset to the Mosaic team.

Umesh Kunwar
Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery CoachUmesh has worked in several roles within the disability sector supporting a wide range of clients. His professional background has helped him to develop skills and expertise in trauma informed practice, crisis intervention and planning, and management of high-risk behaviours.
He has a strong understanding of the variety of challenges that people face and his approach is to concentrate on helping people live to their maximum potential.

Umesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Community services and Diploma in Hospitality. Outside of work he loves cooking his favourite Nepali or Italian foods, gaming and watching soccer.

Bipna Pudasaini
Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery CoachBipna holds a Bachelor in Community Services and has experience working in both the aged care and disability services sectors. Within disability, she has worked in Support Coordination as well as Positive Behaviour Support.
Her experience encompasses working in a variety of settings and with a range of clients, including those receiving palliative care, at-risk youth, people with complex disabilities and needs, and those from the LGBTIQA+ community.
Bipna is passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives and believes in the opportunity to learn from everyone she meets.
Outside of work Bipna enjoys arts and movies and is very interested in continuing to learn to speak new languages.

Sophie Hope
Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery CoachSophie is passionate about helping people to thrive and feel empowered so their quality of life is enhanced. Her experience spans working as a Support Worker in the disability sector as well as working in the childcare sector in Room Leader and Senior Educator roles. She has a wealth of experience working with teenagers and young adults, encouraging their wellbeing.
In addition to working in our Support Coordination team, Sophie is also our Learn2Adult coach, providing tailored coaching sessions to teenagers and young adults to provide a less stressful and more effective transition to developing an adult-adult relationship within their family.
Sophie has a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and is currently completing her Certificate IV in Community Services. When she's not working, Sophie enjoys playing netball and spending time with friends and family.
