Rob Wilton
Chief Executive OfficerRob has expertise in governance, human resources, workplace safety and health, project management and finance. His experience includes executive positions in the commercial sector, Government and not for profits and a range of operational roles in the military.
He has held positions as CEO of the Westcare Group, Director at Parkerville Children and Youth Care and Chief Operations Officer at St Bart’s.
Rob is a passionate advocate for people living with disability, youth at risk, veterans and those experiencing homelessness, and is currently a Director at Swan Care. He is known for successfully bringing his unique combination of empathetic leadership, commercial acumen and corporate expertise into the profit for purpose sector.
Wendy Palmer
Chief Operations OfficerWendy has extensive experience across the health, disability and community services sectors mostly in the non-government arena. Initially an allied health clinician, Wendy has held senior and executive role with responsibility for operational delivery, business development and quality.
With qualifications in speech pathology, health services management and quality auditing, Wendy previously provided executive consultancy services to providers in aged care, disability, community health and welfare services.
Ashley Joel
Executive Manager Corporate ServicesAshley is a seasoned CPA accountant with over six years of experience in the not-for-profit community services sector. Her comprehensive understanding of compliance and reporting is complemented by a genuine insight into the intricacies of the disability services sector, particularly the NDIS. Ashley's strategic acumen and commitment to innovation set her apart, as she continually seeks avenues for improvement.
Ashley combines financial expertise with strategic thinking and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in the ever-evolving landscape of the disability services sector.
Zak Brearley
General Manager Capacity BuildingZak has a wealth of experience across the disability services sector, with a strong emphasis on managing and delivering person-centred support within the NDIS framework.
With a clinical background as an Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner and over a decade of leadership experience in the field, Zak leads Mosaic’s Capacity Building Services. He is committed to driving operational excellence and ensuring that Mosaic’s services continue to adapt to the evolving needs of the sector.
Surekha Gomez
General Manager People and CultureSurekha has 18 years of experience in Human Resources leadership roles within a diverse range of industries and countries, including Australia, Singapore, USA, China, India and Sri Lanka.
Specialising in HR Operations, HR strategy and Project Management, Surekha has a strong commitment to driving organisational excellence through strategic HR initiatives that prioritise people, culture, and performance.
